At Toptair Designs, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.
However, if there is an issue with your order after it has been shipped, we are here to help.
If your product arrives damaged or never arrives, please contact us by email within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Be sure to include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos if the item arrived damaged.
Once we review the information and confirm the issue, we will issue a refund for the affected order.

Lost or Damaged Packages
